New York rapper Nas‘ daughter Destiny Jones has found some true happiness in her new puppy. The hip-hop star’s mini-me went online this past weekend to dish on recently losing her dog but building a new bond with her bestie.

Destiny x Pebbles

Over the weekend, Jones went to Instagram to talk about the power of having pets. Nas’ daughter also geeked out about her love for new dog Pebbles with a pool pic.

“I’m really appreciative of my girl Pebbles. It was hard losing Angel, I had her since I was 8 years old but Pebbles has really been stepping it up as a Dog and A Friend. There is no bond like the one we have with our pets. I love you Pebbles!!! ??” -Destiny Jones’ Instagram

High-Key Details

Back in February 2020, Destiny shared details about the heartbreaking loss of her late dog. She penned a tribute note about how much Angel Rosa Jones meant to her.

“? Angel Rosa Jones ? I’m not sure how to put 18 years of love and loyalty into words. I’m so thankful that at 8 years old God sent me a true Angel. We took care of each other and grew up together, and even though my home feels so empty without you my heart is full because of you and all the love you gave me. I will carry your spirit with me always. I can’t wait to tell my future kids all about you!!! Until we meet again, this is goodbye my Bestfriend. Rest In Roses. May 2002- Feb 2020” -Destiny Jones’ Instagram
