Wait, There’s More

Last week, buzz developed about Chop getting arrested. Young reportedly brandished a handgun in an argument with an unknown man in Georgia.

According to documents obtained by XXL on Friday (April 10), the Chicago producer was arrested for reckless conduct in Georgia’s Gwinnett County on Monday (April 6). In the arrest document, Chop is cited as calling the Uber and after making a stop at a Quick Mart location, he requested to go to an apartment complex that he did not know the address to. Upon arrival at the residence, Chop exited the vehicle. He returned shortly after, instructing the driver to take him back home. The producer then asked the driver to stop the vehicle and got out of the car, later engaging in a heated verbal altercation with an unknown man. At that point, Chop brandished a semiautomatic black handgun during the argument. Chop went back into the Uber, which was later followed by a black four door sedan driving at high speed. (XXL)

Before You Go

Chop also went on Instagram Live from an Uber after reportedly going to find Atlanta rap star 21 Savage. The rap producer showed that he had been shot at by the car that followed them from an apartment complex.

“This s**t gonna get treacherous out here. They done shot at the motherf**king don. They know n****s ain’t gonna go for that. Shoutout to the Uber, they don’t know I got real killers riding around too. This b***h a**, I should’ve smoked his a**. But I ain’t gonna do that. These n****s can’t even come outside no more. You got Cash App? I’ll pay for your windows. I’m gonna pay for them. I got you. But anyway…” (Young Chop’s Instagram)
