High-Key Details

Heading into the weekend, rap star 50 Cent went online to salute Chop. Fif promoted Young’s upcoming The Intro X Young Godfather album.

“pre order now @youngchopbeatz ?send me a couple of them beats Chop. #abcforlife #starzgettheapp“

Wait, There’s More

This week, 50’s rap rival French Montana jumped onto his Instagram page to defend his image after getting called out by Chop. Montana spoke on Chop’s alleged mental illness and also mentioned finished new music with hip-hop artist Lil Durk.

“Yo Chop, go back to the madhouse bro. I just saw you last week, you know what I’m saying. Shoutout Durk, we finishing ‘Coke Boys 5,’ the album, in Atlanta. Chop come out of nowhere saying him and Drake would make a cute couple. I burst out laughing but Durk was like ‘nah, dawg really lost it,’ so you know what I’m saying. Shoutout to all the mentally ill. Yeah man, do me a favor man. All you blogs out there too, stop putting my bro Chop on the thing until the corona thing over and he can check back in the madhouse.”

Before You Go

Initially, Chop called French’s jewelry fake and also went after other hip-hop figures. YC called out fellow rap heavyweights Meek Mill, Lil Wayne and 21 Savage.

“That boy really scary like that though,” said Chop during the live-stream about Meek Mill. Gillie Da Kid was perplexed as to what he was hearing, trying to convince the producer that the Philadelphia rapper isn’t really that bad. Chop then went on to name-drop people like Lil Wayne, French Montana, 21 Savage, Cassidy, and others as equally spooky figures. Meek Mill has since responded to the claim. (HNHH)
