Florida rapper Yung Miami is looking well past JAY-Z and Nas for the G.O.A.T. talk. The hip-hop star went online this week to put major respect on Drake‘s name – notably naming him a living legend.

Miami x Drake

On Friday, Yung hit up Twitter with an unexpected shout-out. Miami crowned the 6 God and City Girls supporter the greatest alive. The massive salute also comes after rap artists like T.I. and Vince Staples said Atlanta had the best rappers.

“Drake is the greatest alive! And that’s on in my feelings ??‍♀️ Can y’all leave me tf alone I’m just tweeting my thoughts damn this has nothing to do with our album it’s gone do what it suppose to!” -Yung Miami’s Twitter

Back in summer 2018, Yung Miami and her City Girls group member JT had their vocals featured on Drake’s unforgettable “In My Feelings” classic.

High-Key Details

A few weeks ago, Canadian rap star Tory Lanez showed the same respect to the rap legend Drake. In a clip, Lanez called the fellow Toronto native a living legend based solely off his music’s vibes from a massive penthouse.

Wait, There’s More

Back in August 2018, Drake and Tory shocked Toronto fans. The one-time rap foes united on-stage at Drizzy’s 8th annual OVO Fest concert for an unforgettable moment.

“I wanna say something. Look, I want every young person in this building to look at what’s happening – I want you to understand something. You see this guy right here? We had problems with each other, we had never even met each other, I met the man and he’s a great guy!”

Before You Go

A few months prior, Troy confirmed ending a nasty feud with the 6 God. Lanez also vowed to keep small details connected to their feud between them.

“It’s about music at this point. It was a couple other things around it [other than a phone call] but it’s between me and him. I think for it to him the way it happened, it was meant to happen that way. For whatever the reasons around it were, it’s between me and him. I’m good.” (Hot 97)
