Boosie Is Releasing 2 New Albums
From having his Instagram shutdown for explicit content to getting dragged in his ongoing beef with Lil Nas X and a recent arrest, Boosie has had a very controversial year. That hasn’t stopped the “Wipe Me Down” rapper as he now plans on releasing two new albums, hoping to get fans focused back on his music.
Boosie took to Twitter (since being banned from IG for soft-porn) to announce that he is not dropping one — but two new albums. Boosie has not commented on why he has decided to drop two projects yet.
Boosie previously announced the release of “Talk Dat Shit” and revealed the second album, named “Mississippi” will be loaded with beats from his in-house producer WHOISSTACKS while Back 2 BR will reportedly contribute from DJ B Real, Mouseonthatrack. NBA Youngboy’s producer DJ Trebble.
Boosie has already released ten studio albums, seven collaboration albums and over 30 mixtapes but has not had a #1 album since his 2006 Warner Bros/Trill studio debut, Bad Azz.
Both albums are set to release on November 19th. He will face competition from Verzuz champ, Styles P, Rockie Fresh, and the posthumous release from Fred the Godson who died in 2020 after battling coronavirus.
