The woman who won a $7.1 million judgment against The Game for sexual assault has reportedly been given the green light to access his music publishing royalties.

On Thursday (June 11), Bossip reported Priscilla Rainey was approved by Judge Virginia A. Phillips to begin collecting on the rapper’s Broadcast Music Inc (BMI) royalties until the debt is satisfied.

With Judge Phillips’ ruling, Game will be held in contempt of court and could face jail time if he tries to block the payments.

The news comes after Rainey was cleared to collect royalties from Game’s L.A. Prolific label and his most recent album, Born 2 Rap.

As recently as May, Game vowed to make sure Rainey would not receive anything.

“Y’all been saying she got 7 million for 7 years & yet here I am, laid up tipsy off my 5th quarantini watching Tiger King lol,” he wrote in a now-deleted Instagram post. “They’ll find Carol Baskin’s husband before she ever get a penny from under my carseat….coming up next, a stop by the bank to dump this s##t in…” G.”

The original lawsuit came down in 2015, after Rainey accused the rapper of sexual assaulting her when she was a contestant on his short-lived VH1 reality dating series, She’s Got Game. Though Game denied the allegations, he neglected to appear at multiple court dates and the trial, which resulted in a default judgement of $7,130,100 for Rainey. The rapper later attempted a new trial but was ultimately denied.
