Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz wants the news to put some respect on his name. The hip-hop heavyweight has come forward to single out publications for not acknowledging all the good he’s doing during the coronavirus epidemic.
2 Chainz Has A Message For The Real + Fake News
Deuce went to his social media pages this week to keep things 100. The rap star shared shots of himself using his Atlanta restaurant to feed the needy and questioned why his good deed isn’t making mainstream news.
“Doin my part to make a difference ! What you doin besides holding ya nuts on a young black entrepreneurs ???? What happen to the media today ??? Feeding the homeless ain’t that interesting huh ?? SPIN CYCLE TONI” -2 Chainz’s Instagram
Food To Go
Chainz also updated local fans about supporting his business. He announced Escobar Restaurant & Tapas is doing takeout orders but still not opening up for dine-in parties.
“We are open for take out only !!!This week, The food options are endless!! Stay tuned to our page for the latest updates on our dine in opening ??” -2 Chainz’s Instagram
Wait, There’s More
Earlier this week, Deuce went to his Instagram page to share a video of him walking the street with locals lined up outside his storefront waiting for meals.
“Instead Of opening @escobaratlanta up today we decided to feed the homeless.”
Before You Go
Chainz might force himself to stay indoors a little longer than expected. The hip-hop star has reacted to Georgia governor Brian Kemp announcing plans to reopen some of the state’s businesses on Friday. Last week, he went online to share the headline-generating announcement. Instead of going into a deep caption, he referenced Georgia being a Republican state.
