Singer and songwriter Ciara made headlines for her stunning barely there dress at the 2023 Vanity Fair’s Oscars party. However, the “Level Up” singer also faced backlash for her racy ensemble to which she responded with a classy clap back.
The “Oh” singer took to her social media and showed haters how unbothered she really is. In a new TikTok video, that read, “POV: How I’m Pulling up to Vanity Fair Next Year,” the 37-year-old singer is spotted draped in a bed sheet with a pair of sunglasses.
In the background, audio of photographers calling out to her is heard by fans. The clip was also captioned, “Selective outrage.”
Ciara’s recent response follows after fans shamed the Basic Instinct artist for donning a see-through, crystal mesh black dress. The ensemble was paired with a pair of pasties and a G-string underneath.
Support began to pour in for Ciara, with one fan implying they would “block” anyone negatively speaking about the artist. Another chimed in, insinuating, anyone talking negatively about Ciara is a hater.
