French Montana is the most streamed African artist. With 40 billion plays in the last decade that includes over 60+ records either as a leading or featured artist over the years, French Montana fans celebrated by playing more music.

The Morocco-born artist shared his proud reaction to his recent achievement on Instagram.

“Let’s make more history,” Montana said.

The songs that were on his hits  list includes “Ain’t Worried Bout Nothing,” “Pop That,” and “Unforgettable” which went Diamond on August 2022.

Fans on Twitter chimed in on their excitement, too.

“How French Montana the most streamed African artist but Burna Boy performing for the all-star game to celebrate African culture,” another fan tweeted in disbelief.

The accomplishment follows a number of years, where fans seemed to call the  “Lockjaw” artist,  on social media, “irrelevant.”
