Say what you want about him, but Drake’s timestamp series is one of the most beloved series of songs in Hip-Hop. Kendrick recently flipped it on him when he dropped ‘6:16 In LA‘ and today, Meek Mill takes some inspiration for his own record called ‘5AM IN PHILLY’.

The new track is a vintage Meek song in that he addresses some of the recent hate he’s been receiving and brags about how he perseveres through that and other turmoil. It’s something Meek fans will like, but nothing that will change your mind if his style isn’t for you.

You can hear a 90 second preview of it below via Apple Music and check for the full song when it drops everywhere at midnight EST.
