Atlanta rapper Offset is defending his queen. The rap star has stepped up to address Snoop Dogg‘s publicized comments on Cardi B’s “WAP” anthem and he respectfully didn’t hold back by standing up for her.

Offset Responds To Snoop Dogg’s WAP Comments

Offset said he doesn’t get in a female’s business and wouldn’t be one to judge Cardi B. He then quoted the song’s success and spoke on how male rappers bring up the same type of topics in their lyrics also saying the song is great for women empowerment.

“I love Snoop, man. She’s grown. I don’t get into female business – I hate when men do that because I don’t do that. I don’t care if a girl said something bad about me. I just don’t get into female business. I’m from the South, so maybe the rules and laws is different and then like, it’s entertainment, it’s the number one record.” (TMZ)

A virtual Mount Rushmore of West Coast rap legends have joined forces to create a supergroup. Snoop, Ice Cube, E-40 and Too $hort have come together to form a fearsome hip-hop foursome that might be dropping their first project in 2021. The news was revealed during Too $hort’s recent appearance on MC Serch‘s podcast.

Los Angeles natives Snoop and Ice Cube linked up with Bay Area ballers E-40 and Too $hort earlier this year while everyone was quarantined. Short said they’ve already made 25 songs and will make their official debut next year.

Too $hort + E-40 Have Done This Before

In case you forgot, two of the new group’s members have been a tag team in the past. In 2012, Too $hort and E-40 dropped two albums together, History: Mob Music and History: Function Music. All four members have previously collaborated on a number of songs over the years, such as Snoop’s appearance on Cube’s “Go To Church” single in 2013.
