42 Dugg announces the deluxe version of his new project “Young & Turnt 2” with features from Moneybagg Yo, DeJ Loaf, and more.
Detroit native 42 Dugg initially made his mark on Lil Baby‘s song “Grace” and, since then, he’s been on fire. The 26-year-old recording artist teamed back up with the superstar rapper on “We Paid,” also dropping his stand-out full-length project Young & Turnt 2.
During our recent interview with the rising star, 42 Dugg suggested that a deluxe edition was on the way. After being selective with the songs he wanted to add, Dugg has officially announced the tracklist and release date for the extended version.
The deluxe will include a total of nine new songs, including features from Moneybagg Yo (on the “Habit” remix) and DeJ Loaf (on the “Hard Times” remix). He also worked with Baby Money and other Detroit locals, as well as producers Southside, Helluva, and more.
“With this deluxe, I just wanted to keep the momentum going and stay in my bag,” said 42 Dugg. “A few of these was supposed to be on Y&T2, so we collectively decided that y’all deserved this shit right now while we in the middle of the summer, and the middle of a controversial time. I’m just tryna bring the fun out, as y’all know, and I also wanted to showcase a few of the Detroit artists that everybody might not know, and give y’all a lil sneak peek
Young & Turnt 2 (Deluxe) comes out on June 19.
