This past weekend, Chrissy Teigen delivered an open apology to Meg Thee Stallion. The popular entertainer apologized for making a twerk joke aimed at the Houston native weeks after her near-death altercation with rap crooner Tory Lanez.

Last Thursday, reality TV star Draya Michele went to her Instagram Story to say sorry for comments made about Stallion’s gunshot injury. She addressed victims of domestic violence and abuse and let it be known her words were wrong.
“I just want to take a min to address victims of domestic violence and abuse of any kind and just overall humans, I was wrong to insinuate that there is room for violence in loving relationships, or in any relationship for that matter. I was wrong to try to find humor or make light of the situation, and understand that my joking nature was damaging and hurtful. It was poor judgement and i deeply regret it.
