Jacquees and Chris Brown are putting in work together.
Chris Brown and Jacquees are known collaborators, although the two once teased a joint mixtape that has yet to come to fruition. Perhaps 2020 is the year. Breezy himself is fresh off a joint release with Young Thug, in Slime & B, and now it appears he’s linked up with Jacquees for more new music.
Jacquees previewed some behind-the-scenes looks at a collaboration with fellow r’n’b singer Chris Brown, where the two appear to be shooting a music video. Young Thug even popped up in the mix at some point, although it’s worth noting that Jacquees doesn’t appear on the Slime & B effort, so we must conclude that this is new material entirely.
In a video clip shared directly to his IG feed, Jacquees is seen with a blonde-haired Chris cruising, captioning it: “Put in work ft big bro @chrisbrownofficial OTW!” Could this indicate the name of a song title? Or simply alluding to their collaborative work together? Time will tell.
Elsewhere, in his IG stories, Jacquees previews an expansive backyard area, covered in foliage and an in-ground pool down below, telling his followers “we not the same.” From there, we actually get a glimpse at the video they’re shooting, with a camera offering a BTS look at Breezy under red lights, before finally, Jacquees calls it a wrap.
