Following his “Rags 2 Riches,” a perfect mix between the best of classic rap and modern Hip-Hop elements Lay B also shared with the public his project “Grime” with his dominating flow heard throughout. The tracks found on Iconic Measure are perfectly showing the transformation from the rapper’s strictly raw rapping to his skillful ability to transform his life experiences into his signature sound.
Iconic Measure is going to be an extremely divisive record as it strongly differs from his previous releases, yet at the same time, it has stronger themes and honest reflections that give this EP a unique depth while it empowers Lay B on becoming a master at creating an instantly recognizable rap.
