Hip Hop’s up-and-coming sensation, Loe Shimmy, has received a lot of love lately because of his recent Rap track “Wake Em up.” Accompanied by a music video directed by Killerjack and produced by Lamar Jackson Entertainment, the latest single has earned the young rapper a fair amount of media coverage and recognition from top tier outlets.  

Loe Shimmy’s undying passion and hunger for success helps him in his creative process. Inspired by the ambition to become better, the Florida native wants to encourage others and

“wake em up.” He wants to share his “enthusiasm with the rest of the world so that maybe others can also be inspired and motivated to make a change.”

“Wake Em Up” follows “Not the same” and “On the Run.” The Gangsta rap track is an act, a statement that gives power to the underdogs. It’s about “a young hustler from the hood that finally got a voice,” explains Shimmy, who sings, “You can’t tell me nun bout spinning Bins and selling bowls you rooky get tf up out my trap if you ain’t breaking down or cooking you gone See the aftermath when shimmy up rip this ughh up an rip this fully up and rip this fully smack him thinking he a bully yea I hit the booth and rap but ima trapper fully.”

In addition to “Wake Em up,” Loe Shimmy also shared a 10-track album this year called Z End. The determined artist says, “I’m kicking the music industry door in, I’ve been productive with my music, creating new pieces and I’m happy with it so far.”
